Process – 

• Book in with us – advise provider
• We will advise you the best process with those providers, and advise expectations on timeframes etc
• We will lodge claim – assessor will possibly visit and view
• Once we hear from warranty company, they may give direct approval, or we may get a strip and advise at owners authority
• You will be advised at this point what we have been told
• All costs are on the owner of vehicle until such point as we get a unconditional approval
